The Caja de Ahorros para Obreros y Monte de Piedad de la República Dominicana, founded on 26 July 1947, is an institution with over seventy years of continuous service to the country. Its mission is focused on offering agile and secure financial solutions, designed to meet the immediate needs of citizens. Among its main services are the granting of loans with real collateral, following expert valuation and institutional custody of assets, as well as the carrying out of sales through public or private auctions on behalf of third parties. The institution has one (1) administrative building and six (6) branches nationwide. Each year it organises eleven (11) in-person auctions across three (3) of its branches.
